ARTIC Face Toner

This alcohol-free toner is formulated to soothe, tone, and hydrate your skin. It helps reduce the look of pores, balance oily skin, and maintain the skin's moisture barrier.

Directions: Shake well before using - Separation of natural ingredients is normal.

Apply quarter-size amount onto cotton pad or wash cloth. Wipe gently onto face, especially in areas of build-up. Keep out of eyes and mouth.

Ingredients: distilled water, rose water, alcohol-free witch hazel, lavender essential oil, vegetable glycerin, aloe, blue tansy oil
